Southwest Downhill Series has a strict no refund policy.

All registration fees for the southwest downhill series are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Participant Injury, Illness, or scheduling conflicts.

• Event cancellation or postponement due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Failure to meet event qualification requirements or personal choice to not participate.

By completing registration, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this policy. No exceptions will be made.
