All events in the Southwest Downhill Series are USAC sanctioned. Competitors must have a valid USA cycling license to enter the race. If you do not hold an annual license, One-day licenses are available for purchase online via bikereg at time of registration for $15.00
Pro competitors are required to hold an annual professional USAC license.

Welcome to the Southwest Downhill Series! We’re proud to provide a family friendly race series that is welcoming to all skill levels! Each event will feature a separate Cat 2/3 course if needed, that will be novice friendly serving as a great opportunity to try out downhill racing.

REGISTRATION PRICING:
Pro: $145.00
Vet Pro: $135.00
Cat 1: $135.00
Cat 2/3: $130.00
Late Registration: A $10 fee will be applied to all registrations within 10 days of the race date.
Your registration fee will include entry to the race and lift access for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the event. The price difference is due to the additional timed seeding run for Pro/Cat 1 riders.
Category Selection:
Cat 1: Advanced/Expert
Cat 2: Intermediate
Cat 3: Beginner
SEEDING RUN:
Pro and Cat 1 racers have an optional seeding run on Saturday afternoon. The seeding run results will determine Sunday’s start order. Riders who do not take a seeding run will be added to the beginning of the start order for their category.
Cat 2/3 Start Order:
Series point standings will determine the start order.
